Sheffield Renal Failure Model

Sheffield Renal Failure Model (Nov 2004)

Summary
This model comprises an microsoft excel spreadsheet which was developed by the Department of Public Health at the former Sheffield Health Authority. Its purpose is to predict numbers of patients requiring end stage renal failure treatment. The spread sheet is provided in template form with no local data added. Where a double hash sign appears (##) in a cell the local data for the area being planned for are required.

We cannot be held responsible for any use made of the model, and in particular cannot be held responsible for planning decisions made using it. North Sheffield Primary Care Trust request that if the model is used for any calculations in any publication, that credit is given for its development.
